1. PRICES, DELIVERY AND PROCESSING COSTS AND TAXES

The prices stated on the website include VAT. They only apply to orders placed on the website.

Although we have carefully compiled the website, the prices quoted may contain errors. Incorrectly stated prices will be adjusted as soon as possible and are not binding on us. Delivery and handling charges and applicable taxes will be shown when placing the order. The delivery costs are shown in the shopping cart.

The relevant costs for deliveries in the Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg) and a number of surrounding countries are listed below. For deliveries to other countries, please contact us to receive applicable delivery charges.

2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

The Seller does not guarantee that all Products shown on the website are available. The Seller reserves the right to change, remove from the range or no longer make available for sale certain Products at any time and without prior notice.

We try to deliver ordered Products on time. However, it may happen that we are unable to ship the Products on time and that we are unable to meet the delivery time indicated by us. Any delivery time quoted by us should therefore be regarded as a non-binding indicative estimate and not as a commitment to deliver the Products on the estimated delivery date. Within a reasonable period of time after delivery, you must check whether you have received the Products in good condition and whether the contents of the delivered package are complete. It is your responsibility to notify us as soon as possible of any damage to the Products and/or any shortages in the Products supplied.

If you delay delivery or receipt of the Products for an unreasonable period of time after we have informed you that we have attempted to deliver the Products to you, or if you have provided an incorrect delivery address resulting in the Products being returned to us after the first delivery attempt , we will assume that you have exercised your right of withdrawal and we will refund the price paid for the Products in accordance with our return policy and the relevant applicable legal provisions.

3. RETURNS

If you have purchased a Product for personal use as a consumer and you wish to invoke your right of withdrawal, you must inform our customer service by e-mail (info@liquidbeans.nl) or by post to the address of LiquidBeans® Nederland BV within 14 days from the day following the delivery of the Product(s) concerned and to submit a request for return. If our customer service approves your request, they will send you instructions for returning the Product(s) by email.

You also have the right to return Products purchased through the website if these Products are faulty or non-compliant with legal requirements. In that case, you must submit a request for return to our customer service as soon as possible after delivery (maximum 7 days). If our customer service approves your request, they will provide you with instructions for returning the Product(s) by email.

In any event, we will only approve return requests if the product is complete (for example, the two elements of a pair must be returned together), the Product has not been used in any way, and the Products are returned in their original packaging.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the Products remain safe and protected while in your care. Please handle the Products with care and return them in the condition in which they were delivered to you.

Return or replacement of the Products can only take place after we have received all Products to be returned.
In the event that you return Products for which you

1. was not authorized to return,
2. which are no longer in their original state,
3. which are not properly packaged,
4. which are incomplete,
5. for which you have not paid the shipping costs,
6. or in respect of which you have not taken due care to return the Products in good condition,

We reserve the right to refuse your return and to refuse the requested refund or to charge you for the costs necessary to make necessary repairs, restocking or similar direct costs arising out of or relating to the payments to be reimbursed to you (without prejudice to applicable legal provisions).
